You Are Fully Supported On The Path To Your Dreams.
Yes, Yes, Yes, you ARE fully supported on the path to your dream. Yup… even in those moments when you aren’t there yet, and it feels like you might never get there, you are fully supported!
We all are dreamers, constantly reaching and desiring to create outside of what is in the present moment. It is a wonderful part of our human experience. Here is the part that most people don’t talk about; on the path to your dreams it is less about what you do, and more about what you think and how you feel.
There are many universal laws working to help you on the path to your dreams, law of attraction, law of deliberate creation, and law of sufficiently and abundance, just to name a few. You are fully supported by the divine source energy that set those laws into motion. But know this, everything on your path is designed to lead you back to a place of inner alignment. So do not think even for a moment that those moments of challenge are not there to help you.
Let’s talk about those moments of challenge that come up in the space between your initial sparks of desire for your dream, and the place where your dream is full manifested. So often this space in between is left untended and your limiting beliefs take over and trample all over it, leaving you with feelings of disconnection and suffering.
Question: what can you do in those moments?
Answer: tend to that space in between.
Here are a few ideas how to tend to that space.
- Understand it is a path and everything on that path is designed to help you. Your moments of challenge and suffering are there to give you language for the limiting beliefs that you need to let go of so that you can create a deeper language for the dream.
- With every thought you think you are creating movement to either your limiting beliefs or your dreams. You must finally realize this if you are going to stop thinking thought about the limiting beliefs and start beefing up the thought about your dreams. MAKE NO MISTAKE; THIS IS A CHOICE.
- You have to start incrementally reaching for thoughts that feel more aligned with your dream. You do this by figuring out how you will feel in the having of your dream, and then feel that way now.
- Spend equal or better yet more time thinking these thoughts and feeling these feelings. Trust me it will bring your dream into reality a whole lot faster!
Here are a few thought to choose instead of focusing on not being there or having it yet:
- My dream isn’t just a destination it’s a path.
- My dreams are designed to keep me moving through my own evolution.
- As I heal the limiting beliefs and realign with my truth, my capacity of heart stretches to hold my dream.
- When I choose thoughts aligned more closely to my truth, I am incrementally creating movement forward.
- I will focus on how I want to feel in the expression of my dream and find a way to feel that way now.
- I will not judge my feeling, but rather use there as indicators to help me create more ownership for what I want.
Last season’s episode where someone asked about the universe conspiring in your favor and not being able to catch a break, parallels today’s Note to Self. It will help you focus on the solution rather than the struggle.
