Hello Beautiful Being,
Let’s get a little personal today. When you find yourself looking in a mirror, what are the voices in your head saying about the reflection? Do any of these thoughts sound familiar?
- I am disappointed in what you see.
- I hate looking at the texture of your skin, the wrinkles, bags, or bulges.
- You looked better when you were younger.
- You are getting worse with time.
These voices leave you feeling bound and held back because they are tangled up in the lies and limiting beliefs. When they tell you that you’re less that what you really are, that you can’t, or that we aren’t; this separation from the truth feels like crap. And the kicker is you take it and run with this feeling that you are getting worse with time.
Today we are calling the truth out to be front and center. It is time for the truth to be louder than all that negative noise. Your heart, your light, and the whole of your being is ageless, timeless, and believe it or not, limitless. Your truth is that your divinity is a wellspring. You are directly linked to source energy and, when you own your truth, you plug into that infinite life force.
You are surrounded by reminders of you ageless connection to the divine light:
- Sharing
- Learning
- Connecting
- Laughter
- Creating
- Building
- Being, in nature or in a place that brings you joy
All of these things tickle your soul. Reach for your reminders and you own your truth.
Next time you look in a mirror see if you can find the voice of truth. Notice where you have gotten better with time, where source energy has gifted you a richness and depth as time has past. With every passing day you are getting wiser, richer and more deeply you.
Let’s spend a little time sitting in your truth; I AM AGELESS. Let’s flood your system with that divine connection and plug you back into source energy.
BONUS Ways to Own Your Truth:
Find an image of yourself where you feel healthy and full of vitality, add some text to the image, and put that physical representation of your truth where you can see it. This is my grama and me holding hands. Even into her 90’s she was pure love and had the power to light you up from the inside out. The love we created goes beyond time and space, and reminds me that we are all truly ageless.
Once you create your image post it on social media with a note about your truth. It’s valuable to claim your truth externally as much as you do internally. Use the #awakeningtoyourstory
