Well Hello Miracle Maker,
Today is Thanksgiving and couldn’t resist doing a holiday version of your 5 Min Miracle. After all, this holiday is one that celebrates the beautiful truth of gratitude. Not to mention, a 5-minute time-out during the hustle and bustle of any holiday is just a good idea.
Now, whether you are surrounded by loads of family and friends, or you are on your own this holiday, I want you to know how grateful I am for you. No matter how you show up or what is going on in your life, know that you are love and appreciated. I am grateful for the magic in your humanity, and I am grateful for the journey that makes up your personal story.
As we go into this week’s episode we are going to be digging into your “Gratitude Superpower.” When you plug into gratitude during an argument, place of deep worry or conflict, miracles are created. Wondrously, answers present themselves, and the fog of negativity parts as the current of gratitude courses through you. When you add gratitude to an already positive moment in time, that energy gets magnified.
Let’s take 5 short, but powerful minutes to own your truth! I believe you’re worth the time and attention and I can’t wait to shower you with truth and love.
