My boss doesn’t see how amazing I am and I’m starting to get really frustrated. I like my job, but I feel way under valued and appreciated. I don’t know how to make my boss see my value any more than I am, and I can’t quit right now, so I am feeling stuck. How do I make this situation bearable?”
My Answer For You:
It can be hard to get people to see your value and appreciate you. You feel like you know your worth, but then what shows up in front of you is the exact opposite. Whether you are feeling unseen or undervalued by your boss, friends, loved ones, or family members it can be really hard not to take it all personally.
