Summer Session Q & A

Ever feel like you are doing everything you are “suppose” to do in life only to end up feeling empty about the whole thing?  Your “Should Do” list keeps gets longer, but the joy and happiness lessen.

Today’s Summer Session Q & A taps right into that “Oh crap, I thought I wanted all this” place where the happiness is hard to find.

QUESTION:

“I did everything I was supposed to do; I went to college, got married, got my masters, found a great job, we have a nice house, and now we are thinking about kids. The problem is I feel empty and unhappy. I don’t want to bring kids into that. I thought I wanted this but now I’m not sure what to think. I ‘m not sure how to figure this one out. Where do you think I should start?” – Empty and Wondering

ANSWER:

Unhappiness comes from separation from your essential truth. And should-ing on yourself creates a big fat gap of separation!

Don’t do anything reactively drastic to “try to force” yourself into a happier place. Start small.

In this week’s video we are going to use some powerful analogies to make it all tangible as well as give you some easy actionable to help you build that joy you have been looking for.

Remember, you are never alone in your humanity. Let me know your questions and concerns in life and if I can help I will. Until next time know that I am holding a space of love for you where the truth is undeniable.

XOXO- Me
