Thrilling
SUMMER SESSION: Questions to Awaken Your Heart, Mind, and Soul.
Our two Summer Session Questions for this week focus on thrill. Thrill is a quality of the divine source energy of love. Thrill was woven right into your humanity by your divinity.
No matter what your relationship is to thrill, it is your divine and human birthright. There are endless ways that thrill is created in the world around you, within you, and through you and your story.
As you think about these questions, remember to take out any judgment. If you feel reactive to one of them, use those feeling to settle in and listen to what your heart is longing to tell you. Sometimes the simplest questions can open doors you never knew were closed. They can set you on a path of thinking that is freeing and that can illuminate your path and tickle your soul.
Ask yourself, ask your friends, your partner, your children, or ask a stranger this week’s questions, and watch the miracles unfold before you!
This week’s questions are:
When do you feel thrilled?
What does thrill look like to you?
A Few Things To Deepen Your Experience With This Week’s Questions
- Don’t Stop At One Answer:
As you answer the questions see where they take you. Let these questions be an open door to your divine essential truth. Gift yourself a week to hold thrill in a spotlight in your heart. Keep it in the forefront of your mind. Witness if any limiting beliefs show up to try and lie to you about your truth. If the limiting beliefs roll in, acknowledge them for what they are and then choose to lean into your truth. - Use These Questions to Stay Plugged Into Your Truth:
As you use these questions to focus on this quality of love, that is your divine essential truth, let them help you build momentum so that more of it can show up in your life. Create ownership for it in as many ways as possible. Write it out, think about it, talk about it, and witness it out in the world around you. I AM Thrilling. You ARE Thrilling. We ARE Thrilling. - Write It Out On Paper:
Keeping a note book or journal is always a good idea. When you write out your thoughts and feeling it helps you create ownership for them. It also gifts you the ability to reflect on them in moments when the truth feels more out of reach. Write out the questions along with your answers and all the ideas that follow.
Please share your thought and answers with me. Write them in the comments on the blog and social media, or reply to the weekly email is you want to keep them more private.
Remember I am always here to teach, support, and inspire you with heart-centered solutions for your everyday problems.
