Nourished
Hello Divinely Miraculous Being,
Today we are going to confront the moments when you feel in need, starved, thirsty or are questing the things within your life. There are many voices and limiting beliefs that would have your heart wilt or dreams shrivel up into nothingness.
Limiting beliefs would have you believe that you are on your own, separated from your truth and desires. The voices bully you into thinking that you don’t have or can’t have the things you needs and want.
Think of a seed. It cannot grow, bud or bloom into its fullest expression without nutrients and support. Your heart and being must also be nourished so that you can bloom into your fullest expression. And get this, the reality is that your heart is forever fortified and divinely supported. You are nourished on your path forward.
When Your:
- Heart is thirsty – You are offered a wellspring
- Soul is hungry – You are gifted a feast
Before You:
- Ask a question – The answer is waiting
- Have a need – There is a solution ready
- Feel a longing – There is a path created to the desire
You are supported, strengthened, and nourished by the divine. To embrace it fully you must let go of the lies and let every cell of your being, bask in your truth.
Let’s flood your system with truth, fortification, and nourishment of the divine light and love as you own your truth I AM Nourished.
BONUS Ways to Own Your Truth:
Find an image of yourself where you feel fortified and nourished in your life, add some text to the image, and put that physical representation of your truth where you can see it. This image takes me back moments of stillness, that quiet place where I can easily absorb my divine nourishment. When I get quiet, close my eyes, and open my heart I can feast on the truth and fortify my being. It is in the quiet that the truth has it’s loudest voice.
Once you create your image post it on social media with a note about your truth. It’s valuable to claim your truth externally as much as you do internally. Use the #awakeningtoyourstory
