All of a sudden you find yourself frenzied by this sneaky internal push or fight to consume. This inner frenzy is because the voices in your head are narrating a story of lack or missing out.

Sound or feel familiar? You are not alone. This frenzy is depleting your energy and stifling your power. And guess what? That internal fight also has you fighting against other people at the table of humanity. When the voices and limiting beliefs say your success is linked to someone else failing or missing out, you put up a wall around yourself that only leaves you more limited.
It is time to unplug from the lies and plug back into your truth. How do you quiet the voices of limiting beliefs, you ask? Well, you step up to them, toe to toe, and you own the truth. The more you own your truth, the more the lies weaken. Eventfully the truth rises to its rightful place of divine alignment within your being.
Your truth, fundamental and essential to all that you are is that you are a divine being of abundance. It is how you were created and how you’re meant to live. Your journey back to this truth is as unique as you are, but the truth remains unwavering
Standing in your divine alignment and truth there is no doubt about what is possible and at your disposal in this life. Try this truth on for size.

Find an image of yourself where you feel completely abundant in your life, add some text to the image, and put that physical representation of your truth where you can see it. This photo is from the first retreat where I was a speaker. It was one of my most abundant periods. My cup overflowed in every way imaginable. It was in this place of abundance, that I could collaborate and meet with others at the table of humanity, in a way that fed the higher good.
Once you create your image post it on social media with a note about your truth. It’s valuable to claim your truth externally as much as you do internally. Use the #awakeningtoyourstory
