QUESTION:
“I was wondering if you could talk about forgiveness. You talk a lot about paying attention to the voices inside your head and navigate through what they are trying to indicate or show you.
One of my very close friends and I haven’t been speaking to each other much lately. A lot of stuff went down and she betrayed my trust. We talked about it and she asked me to forgive her and I did, but it hasn’t been the same and the voices in my head keep telling me not to trust her and that she will stab you in the back again.
I want to forgive her, I really do, I thought I did, but I can’t forget what happened and those voices keep bringing it back up. What should I do?” – Fighting to Forget
