Ok guys we are about to take on the inner saboteur. Whether it’s love, money, business, or any old dream waiting to be fulfilled self-sabotaging can really rain on your parade. It comes in all sorts of shapes and sizes and it’s time to tame the self-sabotaging beast.

Today’s Summer Session Q & A taps right into that “heart wrenching” place where your dreams just want to be realized.

QUESTION:

“I want to find my partner; you know the love relationship of my life. The only problem is that every time I get close to it I mess it up. I know it has to do with things from my past and my relationship with my parents, but when it comes close I just cant let it in. What do I do to stop sabotaging love?” – Single and Self Sabotaging

ANSWER:

It’s always easier to fix a problem when you know what you are dealing with. That is exactly what we are going to do.
